AI for Business
Job Description Writer
The facts of a role — title, what they will do, what they must have, pay, where and when — written into a job description with responsibilities, requirements, nice-to-haves and a salary line, then checked for wording that puts good candidates off.
This is a cloud tool. The role facts are sent to the model. There is rarely anything personal in them. Nothing is stored by us; the call is counted against your month’s allowance — 10 free, 300 on Pro. How the AI tools handle data.
Tips
- Give the must-haves and the nice-to-haves separately, and say which is which. Every requirement that is really a preference costs you candidates who would have applied.
- The inclusive language check reads both what you wrote and what it wrote. "Young, energetic salesman" comes back with why and what to say instead; so does a list of ten requirements for a junior role.
- Pay stated plainly gets more and better applications than "competitive". If you truly cannot state it, the line stays as a [placeholder] for you to decide.
- The short version is for a post; the standard one for a job board. Download the .txt to paste anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
Is the inclusive language check a legal check?
No. It catches wording that narrows the field for no good reason and, in the UK, wording that could fall foul of the Equality Act 2010 — but it is a language check, not legal advice. Your HR adviser or lawyer decides what is lawful to ask.
Can it write in Hindi?
Ask for it in the facts. Most job boards take English; a Hindi or Marathi version for WhatsApp often gets more applicants for field roles.
