Questions
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Every tool that runs in your browser stays free and needs no account — that is the point of the site. An account is for the things that cannot run in a browser: AI calls, which need a model on a server, and settings you want on more than one device.
What changes about my privacy if I sign in?
Signing in means Google’s sign-in library loads on that page and your email is stored with your account. The free tools do not change: a PDF you merge or a spreadsheet you convert still never leaves your device, signed in or not. AI tools are different by nature — the text you send to one is sent to the model — and every AI tool says so on its page.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Rupees through Razorpay if you choose India — UPI, cards and net banking — or pounds sterling through Stripe by card if you choose the UK, which also covers everywhere else. 1234Tools is run by MVR IT Services LTD, a UK company, so UK customers get a UK VAT invoice. The site guesses from your location; switch it above the plans if it guessed wrong.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page, at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Is there a refund?
If a paid feature did not work for you, write within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded. No forms.
