Tips
- This is a first draft, and its first line says so. A lawyer who starts from a draft with the deal already in it works faster and costs less than one who starts from nothing; that is the use of it.
- Everything you did not say is in [square brackets]. Search for "[" and decide each one; a placeholder must never survive into a signed document.
- Indian and English law differ where it matters — a post-employment non-compete is void in India; an English offer letter must give the statutory particulars — and the draft follows the law you pick. It does not know other jurisdictions.
- Writing a document does not stamp or register it. In India an agreement generally needs stamp paper of the state’s value, and a leave and licence in Maharashtra must be registered; the draft says who bears that, not that it is done.

Is this legal advice?
No. It is a draft produced by a language model from what you typed, using the usual clauses for that kind of document. It can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, and it owes you no duty of care. Have a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction review it before anyone signs.
Why is the offer letter numbered like a contract?
Because once accepted it is one, in both countries. Numbered paragraphs make the notice period or the probation clause easy to point to later. If you would rather have prose, say so in the facts.
Can it draft a full rental agreement?
It drafts a leave and licence in the form used in Maharashtra, and a plain short rental agreement elsewhere. Tenancy law is local and detailed — deposits, notice, registration — and the draft flags what to check rather than pretending to know it all.
