Question Paper Generator

A full question paper from your blueprint — sections, general instructions, marks against every question — with a separate marking scheme that gives the model answer and where each mark is earned.

This is a cloud tool. The topics, the blueprint and the options you set are sent to the model. No pupil names or marks are involved in this one. Nothing is stored by us; the call is counted against your month’s allowance — 10 free, 300 on Pro. How the AI tools handle data.

Tips

  • Check every question against the syllabus you have actually taught before you print it. The model works from the chapter names you type; it does not hold your board’s current syllabus, your school’s scheme of work or what you had to skip in September. This is the one check nobody else can do for you.
  • Name the topics that are not to appear as plainly as the ones that are. "Not taught yet: Electricity" keeps electricity out of the paper far more reliably than leaving it off the list.
  • The blueprint check on the first line is the arithmetic done in the open. If your blueprint does not add up to the total you asked for, the paper says so rather than quietly writing a 38-mark paper you photocopy forty times.
  • The marking scheme is written to be handed to a second marker: model answer, then where each mark sits. Read it before the exam, not after — that is when you find the question with two defensible answers.
  • Paste the same topics twice with a different seed of wording and you get a different paper. That is how to make set A and set B for alternate rows, or a retest for the pupils who were away.

Frequently asked questions

Will the questions match my board’s exact pattern?

It follows the blueprint and the instructions you give it, and it knows the general shape of CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB and A-level papers. It does not have this year’s specimen paper in front of it. Set the blueprint from the specimen and the shape follows; check the wording of the rubric against the real thing before an exam that counts.

Are the answers in the marking scheme correct?

Usually, and for numerical work you should still do the sums. The scheme is written to be checked: the breakdown shows the reasoning step by step, so an error is visible rather than hidden inside a final answer. Mark one question yourself before you trust the rest.

Can I get it as a Word file or a PDF?

Copy the text and paste it into your school’s paper template, or into the Text to PDF tool on this site, which lays it out on a page you can print. Keeping it as text means you can edit a question before it is set in a layout.

Can pupils use this to guess my paper?

They can generate practice papers on the same chapters, which is a good thing for them and no threat to you — the questions will not be yours. Do not paste a paper you have already set into any AI tool, here or anywhere else, before the exam is over.
