AI for Business
Contract & Document Summariser
A contract, a tender, a policy, a long email thread — PDF or text — summarised into what it says, who owes what to whom, the dates that matter, the money, and the questions you should ask before signing.
This is a cloud tool. The document’s text is sent to the model. A confidential contract is confidential to the model provider too; read the FAQ before sending one. Nothing is stored by us; the call is counted against your month’s allowance — 10 free, 300 on Pro. How the AI tools handle data.
Tips
- Read it as the party about to sign: that view surfaces the terms that bind you and the ones that are missing.
- The questions_to_ask list is the useful output. Take them to the other side, or to a lawyer, before signing.
- A 40-page PDF is fine; a 200-page tender is better summarised section by section.
Frequently asked questions
Should I send a confidential contract to an AI?
Your text goes to the model provider (Anthropic) through our gateway to produce the summary; we do not store it, and Anthropic’s API terms do not use it to train models. Whether that is acceptable for a given document is your call and sometimes your NDA’s. When in doubt, redact names and amounts first — the structure still summarises.
Is this legal advice?
No. It reads and organises; it does not advise. The verdict is plain-English orientation, and the questions are for you to put to a professional.
