Tips
- Every change is visible: the cleaned value sits in the column, and the issues column says what was wrong — an invalid GSTIN, an email that could not be, a phone with the wrong number of digits.
- Duplicates are flagged, not deleted. Row 3 saying "duplicate_of: 1" is a decision for you, not the tool.
- Product lists work the same way: consistent casing, units and codes, with near-duplicate SKUs flagged.
Frequently asked questions
Will it change my data silently?
No. Nothing is removed, rows stay in order, and every normalisation that is more than trimming is named in the issues column so you can see what moved. Anything the model cannot make valid becomes null with the reason, rather than a plausible-looking fabrication.
How many rows can I clean?
Two hundred a run reads reliably. For a bigger file, split it — or ask us about batch runs, which are on the Pro roadmap.
