AI for Business

Email Campaign Writer

A launch, an offer, a win-back, a newsletter or an onboarding series, written from your facts: five subject lines with preview text, the email itself, a plain-text version, the call to action — and a three-email sequence when you ask for one.

This is a cloud tool. The facts you type are sent to the model. Do not paste a customer list: the email is written once, for everyone on it. Nothing is stored by us; the call is counted against your month’s allowance — 10 free, 300 on Pro. How the AI tools handle data.

Tips

  • Five subject lines, one email: send the email, test the subjects. Most email tools will split-test a subject on a slice of the list before sending the rest.
  • The plain-text version is what a text-only client, a smartwatch and a spam filter see. Send it alongside the HTML; do not skip it.
  • Everything the model did not know is in [square brackets] and listed under "missing". Search for "[" before you send.
  • Onboarding is always three emails: welcome, first value, next step. For an offer, the three are announce, remind, last day.

Frequently asked questions

Is this compliant with anti-spam rules?

The copy is written to be honest: the subject says what the email is, the sender is named, and nothing pretends to be a personal note. Compliance is mostly about the sending, though — consent, an unsubscribe link, a postal address in the footer — and that is your email tool's job and yours.

Can it write the HTML?

No, and you do not want it to: every email tool has its own editor and templates. Paste the paragraphs in, add the button, and the tool handles the rest. The plain-text version is provided because most people forget it.

Does it personalise?

It writes one email for the audience you describe. Put merge tags such as {{first_name}} in the facts and it will place them; it never sees a list.
